McDonald’s Staffer Leaves Exhausted Mother Speechless With Six Simple Words

Aundrea Duncan is a stressed out mother who recently found herself starving after a long day at work. Her job had been so hectic that day that she was forced to skip lunch, so as she headed home, she stopped at McDonald’s to get a quick bite to eat. She had no idea that she was about to be given an act of generosity that would leave her completely speechless.

Aundrea left her job at a local barn at around 9pm one night and headed straight for a McDonald’s in Reading, Ohio. After she placed her order, Aundrea pulled up to the window only to realize that she had left her wallet at work.

Aundrea was completely embarrassed at her situation, and she quickly told the employee to cancel her order. Much to her surprise, the worker named Jeremiah replied by saying, “It’s okay ma’am, I got you.” He then pulled out his wallet and paid for her meal himself!

Aundrea was so touched by what he did that she took to social media to tell the world about his act of kindness.

“This handsome young man is Jeremiah,” she wrote alongside his photo. “Friday was a long day at work, I didn’t get a lunch. After leaving the barn around 9 I stopped by the McDonalds in Reading, Oh to grab some dinner. I ordered my food but realized as I got to the window to pay, I had left my wallet at work. I told this young man to cancel my order. His response was ‘it’s ok ma’m I got you’ he then took his wallet out and paid for my meal.”

“What an amazing young man!” Aundrea continued. “We hear so much about what’s wrong with the world I had to share a little of what is right. I am just now posting this because I wanted his permission and I wanted to repay him for his kindness. I asked him if I could hug him and told him to keep being who he is because he is an amazing person. He didn’t know how tired I was or that I hadn’t eaten or even if he would be repaid but he didn’t even bat an eye and just acted.”

We need more people like Jeremiah in the world! Please pay it forward by performing an act of kindness for someone else the next time you get the opportunity to do so
